Ham holder for Arcos

2015
Tableware

Designed to hold both leg and shoulder ham pieces, this ham holder incorporates a wedge that fixes the lean part of the ham to avoid the swing of the piece when cutting it. By not having a skewer, the lean part that touches the base remains intact, making it also very easy to clean. The ham holder can be stored folded by removing the two screws from the base.

It is formed by a U-shaped metal base that acts as a guide, two machined birch plywood blocks, and two stainless steel fittings.
